We provide free training in automotive logistics 3-4 times a year. A group of four young professionals is trained by our best specialists and mentors. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate and the opportunity to work for the company full-time.

The knowledge that students receive at universities is not enough for real work. Therefore, in our training we focus on practical application and relevant approaches to work.
Building loyalty to the company
Understanding of corporate culture, specifics of work, concepts of quality and efficiency by new employees is an important factor in the company's success. It is easier to teach from scratch than to adapt an employee who has experience working in other companies.
New personnel for the development of the industry
The knowledge gained during the course is an excellent foundation for the development of a young specialist who has every chance to make a career in any of the logistics companies.
What is included in the training
This is an intensive course that includes the theory of international logistics and practical tasks to learn how to apply knowledge in business. The training consists of several blocks:
- Video course, theory, 20 hours
- Live workshops with experienced students, 12 hours
- Practice, 10+ hours
We will give you a feel of what it means to issue a TIR and CMR, receive the first load, organize sea transportation, and deliver dangerous and bulk cargoes.
We will teach you how to communicate competently with carriers, and most importantly, how to choose them for successful transportation of the client's cargo.

- Customs Convention on the International Carriage of Goods under Cover of a TIR Carnet
- Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR)
- Federal Law on Freight Forwarding Activities
- Incoterms 2010
- The ATA Customs Carnet Convention. for temporary importation of goods
- Types of cargo, parameters and dimensions of rolling stock
- General conditions of freight forwarders of the Russian Federation
- The Charter of motor transport
- Rules of freight forwarding

Certificate
At the end of the intensive course, we issue a certificate of completed training. During the course's existence, 50+ participants have received the certificate.
Personal Mentor
One of the most experienced employees will oversee the first months of work of the interns remaining after the training.
How to apply for training
Graduates, final-year students, or young professionals with relevant experience can become members of the group.
Advanced knowledge of a foreign language will be a strong advantage, especially English, Polish, Ukrainian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Finnish.
